Turning off Sprites?

I have another question. I'm running the game in Ultra with my beefy PC, but I've always disliked the sprites. Any way to, or what line do I edit in the preferences txt to remove them as I used to do in M2TW?

Not as far as I know - I looked through there the other day as well and nothing jumps out.

I know with previous TW games it was the 'unit detail' that caused sprites to be used further away than they are at the moment.

Yeah, nothing jumped out at me either.

I used to have it on Highest. And that, if I remember correctly, took out sprites...or was it a mod. Uhh, it's been awhile.

There will always be sprites... sry!

I've tried, and tried and searched and searched... but no mods, or redrawn scripts will help ya. Sry to burst your bubble, but it's better now than an endless journey which yields not results...
