Black screen, can't play!

Hi guys,

I've a big problem. I installed the game following the instruction of the thread installing with DVD, I made all the steps with no problems but then, when I try to launch the game it appears a black screen, at first it seems to be loading but then it doesn't work and I have to restart the pc brutally (alt+tab and ctrl+alt+canc don't work). So what I have to do? I tried even to dowload the whole game but I have the same problem.

Please help me!

P.S.: Sorry for my english, i'm italian and maybe I've done some mistakes...
