    Default Upgrading units?

    Is it possible to put better armor on already made units when the buildings come on line? If so, how please.

    No there is no retraining ... but experience gives good bonuses so I'd keep them rather then build new ones with upgrades ... not to mention it would be hard to keep up in the arms race if you disband old units.

    Yeah i just ignore that stuff untill i am building a fresh stack (which is almost never). Experience is just as effective and is free.
