Computer rebuting after intro screen

Many members of our Russian Community having this problem. They start the game, see Shogun's logo screen and then computer rebuts. I'm lucky not to have this problem, but whant to help others. Is there any exact decision of that?

I had that problem and it was an old ATI Catalyst driver for me. DirectX reported it, i upgraded to the latest and it was ok.

It can be many things however. I will not say faulty hardware since you say many of your community have the problem. I would say run a dxdiag to see if there are older drivers in your systems, see if you satisfy the minimum requirements. You can post a dxdiag log here and even if i am not an expert i can usually spot if there is something wrong there.
