Does it use all 4 cores or not?

If you alt tabbed did you take the picture instantly? If not it's not correct since it tones down while in desktop.

I don't know but if you look all the way to the left in the CPU usage in the first box it is topped out then it drops ...

Its not using 4 cores in the current state, I have a Dual Core and my first core is fully used while my second cpu is at ~50% (seems to run the background).

But each graph shows the history of the processor usage, so taking a pic at a certain time does not matter. Also, maybe he is not putting enough load on the cpu to get high cpu usage on more than one core. Just because the game can use 4 cores, it wont use them all at 100 percent 100 percent of the time. Each caluclation has to wait for the previous calculation to finish and if this is spread across multiple cpu cores, it is not very efficent. Dont think that every core will be used to its full advantage. Software is not yet there.
