    Default Question about recruitment

    I have a question about recruitment.

    Are land units always recruitable in the region capitale, or did you manage to make them recruitable elsewhere?

    Like marin in a port city, or foreign troups in a town with a supply depot (as opposed to recruitable in the region capitale of a region where there is a town with a supply depot)?

    You can tie units to buldings in ports or other settlements, but the recruitment only happens in the province capital.

    can you say why Prussia can not recruit any units in Warshow (Polen) ?

    Prussia should be able to recruit its own units, just no Polish ones. I will fix that in the 1805 campaign.
