i'm playing as sovjet union
i started in 1936
and now im in december 1941
and i can't move my armies
germany haven't attacked any position except my puppet finland
but in the area i got from the molotov-ribbentrop pact which i have most of my armies stationed
i can't move them
the only place i can move them is within the sovjet union
it's annoying that i can't kick germany's ass
any help for me ?

im have been in war with germany since the molotov ribbentrop pact was broken by germany (i think it was 22 june 1941)
so im in a war i can't fight
(sorry for typing 1939, i forgot which year i was in cuz i had recently played as france VS germany)

I don't understand the problem.

Your units are in German territory, occupying enemy land, and cannot move? Or they are in your territory, unable to advance?

they are in my territory and can't advance into german territory

Are you at war with Germany? If not, that's why.

Are they trying to advance and failing? Are you simply unable to break the Wehrmacht line? If so, MOAR DIVISIONS!!

Do they have the supplies they need to advance? Your divisions need supplies to attack enemy territory, ensure they have them. If they do not, why? Is your national stockpile of supplies gone? Are they stationed in areas where supplies cannot reach them?

Finally, are your Theatres/Army Groups AI controlled and set to defensive? If they are, either set them to offensive and designate enemy Victory Point provinces as their objectives, or remove AI control and give them orders manually.

I think he needs to subtract/unclick the units he wants to move from the AI theatre command.

Setting the whole Theatre to AI command is an awful move, Army Groups should be the highest you go.

As Germany, I set my Eastern Front Theatre to AI and they started sending entire armies south through Italian Turkey to fight on that front, into Axis Persia to fight there and even into British India. Theatre AI is too high up for the AI to control effectively, it over-thinks everything.
