I do like Paradox games, but to be honest, I think they work better on the epic, full-world scale, so for a small-scale like Japan, Shogun will probably be more interesting.

Wow awesome. Paradoxx games lack GFX but they have real depth. Should be worth keeping an eye on.

It will be character-driven, rpg-strategy hybrid, just like Crusader Kings - quite interesting indeed. But yeah - paradox should stick to grand strategy games with larger scope IMHO.

it must be the must rude copy of game that i ever sew. CA need to sue those guys. they dont have any original style here. only here it has like medevial 2 graphics. LAME.

i actually will adore the company that will do something really new like an RGP. oblivion style (without the fantasy off course just the game system of the classes,weapons,cherecters,and all that) in fedual japan. that will be freaking awesome

IIRC this game will be released in 2012. And yeah - they can`t compete for gamers who love battles and gorgeous graphics. However, they could compete for someone who enjoys more complex/realistic strategy games.

Didn't they put Stalingrad in the wrong place in Hearts of Iron 3? That's not very 'realistic'.
