To subdue the greeks we need to strike in their history and their tradition and their identity.

Reserves would be an excellent idea to implement. Something more advanced than the reinforcements in RTW. In the campaign map you could have an army of 60+ units, but they arrive in waves of 20 units at a time. Longer battles, but not so much strain on the graphics cards, since you would still have the same number of troops on the battlefield. Plus you could position the reserves so they would hit the enemy in the back just as they thought they won.Originally Posted by Eird-Way
Routing would get more depth as well. Units that routed could come back with the next wave, as everyone feels braver when you have 1,000 men beside you. Massive, long, tactical battles. Great fun![]()
yea just bet the game not crashes after u end a 2 hour battle lol XD damn CA i wonder if MTW2 will be as bugy as RTW 1.0

You could have armies of 10 000 20 000 30 000 and so on. But how do you think the program would work? it probably would lag alot and just terrible to play. I like the smaller skirmish like battles because say a cavalry charge is more desicive in smaller battles than larger ones. Besides I think it was mentioned before that the soldiers ratio to real life was 1:10 or something like that.
