    I would like to apply a new rule to this HS ,that people are not allowed to exterminate settlements. Since i do not play in this HS then it dosent matter what i want but what matters is what you want,so i put this on vote.

    I don't like exterminating anyway, so it won't bother me. Only in extreme circumstances (big red face after capturing a city) will I choose it over sack/occupy.
