Philipp the Wrathful, and Captain Anshelm has captured Pest! Unfortunate for the some thousand Hungarian civilians caught in the battle between the two factions. But the battle was short lived, thanks to the help from siege equipment. The captured Venetian forces were slain under Phillipp's orders (well he is 'Wrathful'). The populace now sleeps easier under the safe and kinder rule of Prussia.

Two large hosts of Venetian forces were moving through the region of Prague, lead by iirc the new King of Venice, Doge Domenico the Scarred. Dietrich von Schwarzenburg lead a massive Prussian force to halt the advancing army along the main road to Prague, supported by Gunther Blankenbeberg and his mercenaries. This attack was expected and so Prussia has well prepared itself. 1800 troops from Venice were killed in battle, with around 450 men captured. Prussia lost around 1250 men. A ransom was offered to Venice, in exchange for the troops lives. Unfortunate for Venice they did not have enough money to cover the reasonable price. And so the captured men have been sent across Prussia for slave labour.

Many ... almost all of the Venetian naval forces, blockading the Prussian ports in the black Sea (is that right?) have challenged in battle. Prussian holk ships in mass attacked the war gallaries near Cherson and defeated them. This caused a domino effect, as this Prussian fleet was then sent to attack another Venetian fleet at another port (such as the major battle at the port of Kiev), where more Prussian ships awaited battle. The naval battles continued along the coast, as Prussia was gaining more momentum in its attacks. Eventually all but one of the ports were opened. This I'm sure will make Venice think twice about setting up permanent trade blocks with Prussia.

The castle Bran is under siege by Prussia. Soon Venice will lose all of its control over Hungary.

Preslav was also defended from a siege by Venice. I was worried at first, but quality beats quantity.

Prussia notes that Portugal has reached some significant place in the war, by bring one of its armies to the battle line near Prague. Sad that Portugal decline Prussia's offer of peace.

Venice is up.

The other half of Budapest has been captured (Buda). Prussia finds that the inhabitants are sick with the plauge. Fortunatly Prussia's (or ... ye'h old Teutonic Orders) motto is, "Guard, convert and heal". Or somthing like that Much to do with healing and converting atm.

As the Grand Master said before his battle against Portugal said "Prepare to meet the Reich!" Portugal was defeated in their first battle against Prussia.

Vienna is now under siege.
