Where do I find the user script to type in the text to let me play the campaigns.

The path is C:\Users\Username\appdata\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Napoleon\scripts
If it's not there you have to create it manually, I think.
But the easiest way is using LtChambers Modmanager for NTW found here: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=344757
It wil create your userscript automatically if you use it correct.

Open Modmanager, find Napoleon.exe,Uncheck the boxes "Show all pack types" and "show vanilla conflicts", select the files you want to use and put them into the right order using the arrows near the launch button. Then write a profile name into the profile box and click the save button. After this you can start Napoleon via the Launch-Button.
