Are they? From all the mods I've played, none had copyrighted music (the closest it would get is using some folk-songs or chants, which are probably not copyrighted (then again, the modern recordings that are used probably are)). On the other hand, I haven't played that many mods with custom music anyway...

And the chances that their lawsuit actually makes it through the legal system of Serbia (pure chaos doesn't even begin to cover it) are even less. I can imagine someone in the justice department asking his superior: "Sir, it appears we have a paper from the Americans requesting a lawsuit against something called a "mod"; "I don't have time for that now, tell the Americans we arrested all the mods after luring them into a trap and they will all be peeling potatoes for the rest of their lives..."

Conan is cool but it is too archaic and ancient for our time fraim .I thin this is perfect : We need glory music that is presenting the time of the mod -the end of the Medieval and the begining of the Reneisons , the think i posted is from Warcraft but is exactly what we need and combined with imperial orthodox music will kick ass:

I'm not sure if this is fitting but if you guys want, I have some medieval music. I have first of all crusader music (mostly early era, 12th century) that might be good. It is called Estampie - Crusaders, in nomine Domini. Much of it is in French so I will have to dig through it.

Secondly, I do have some CD's by a Canadian band called Skarazula which plays a lot of diverse medieval music.
I also have some CD's of music by Dimitrie Cantemir, a famous Romanian prince who invented Turkish classical music. It has a lot of oriental themes and songs we could use for the Turks.

I will post some songs in the dev forum, because I am not entirely sure of the legality of putting it here.
