About the music, I've been looking around and there's a fair few traditional and peasant songs that can be used for Wallachia. But personally I'm not that much of a fan of it. However, I have a suggestion. There are lots of Romanian historical movies with great sound tracks which are really epic for battles. Of course, they do not sound very medieval, however the lyrics in the songs are all about historical battles and historical characters. What do you think of putting a few songs like that? Even if only for battles, it would sound great.

For example have a listen to the song in the opening scenes of this movie. It's about Baba Novac, a Serbian captain in the Wallachian army of Michael the Brave. He is seen as the bravest of his captains and he kept fighting even after Michael's assasination:

YouTube links should be still active, as well as the discussion. No need to clutter it into another thread when there already is an old one which had some good suggestions.

It is from the traditional annual remorial to the last Bosnian queen which died in Rome.
Didn't phoenix mention that sargija was brought by Ottomans and would, therefore, be outside of the time period?

"We are a brave people of a warrior race, descendants of the illustrious Romans, who made the world tremor. And in this way we will make it known to the whole world that we are true Romans and their descendants, and our name will never die and we will make proud the memories of our parents." ~ Despot Voda 1561

"The emperor Trajan, after conquering this country, divided it among his soldiers and made it into a Roman colony, so that these Romanians are descendants, as it is said, of these ancient colonists, and they preserve the name of the Romans." ~ 1532, Francesco della Valle Secretary of Aloisio Gritti, a natural son to Doge

I use RealPlayer to download, play and convert to various formats, one of which is MP3. That's probably better for people who don't have RealPlayer.

    Well whatever works.... Works!
Piracy is lovely.... and people out there will still buy real copies of music/movies, these producers, will always make a large profit.... So no need to worry

Agree. And these people trying to "protect" and fight piracy are needlessly spending time and effort instead they should focus on making more quality music, movies, games... If I had money to give 10-40 euros on a video game I would gladly give for original and not have to brake my back over some cracks, but I don't so I have to work with what I got. Besides didn't someone say that art belongs to everybody?

I dont mind giving 40. 50 euros for a good game, but how do i know if its good? Thats why i donwload the game first and then buy it if its good... Ive been doing that since ive spent about 30 euros on a game...

My point was "IF" i had that kind of money I wouldn't mind. But I totally agree! Why spend 30 euros on a glorified version of tetris...
