Here is some bulgarian music which I get from "NikeBG" (thanks again)
Gospodi vozvah - This one is great
theodosii spassov kaval solo
Yulangelo-Angel vopiyashe/Angel cry out
Heh, you're gonna make me finally make a clip of the third song from "Isihia" then! Which, btw, fits rather nice by thematics with the mod, since most "songs" are exactly about this timeframe area (the Ottoman conquests).
Btw, I've uploaded in Zshare (thanks to Tzar) two more songs I personally like - Yoan Kukuzel's "Polyeley na bulgarkata" and Yulangelo's "Prayer" (fits for a "defeat-music" IMO). And since making the next clip of Isihia would in all cases take me some time, here it is as an audio - "Tzaria Frujina" (the last Bulgarian ruler from the SBE; the next track is Chernomen (aka the battle of Maritsa), but it's mainly with speech on old-Bulgarian).
Btw, as it was proposed for the BG:TW mod, the end of this track (from around 02:42 f.e.) could be used as a victory music because of its liveliness and energy. I have it on mp3, if somebody needs it.
Edit: Ok, I'll be uploading the tracks of Isihia and posting them in this thread. Here's what has been uploaded so far:

02. Gospodi Vozvah (Lord, I called Thee) (in YouTube)
03. Tzaryat Fruzhin (The tsar Frujin)
04. Chernomen (aka The battle of Maritza)
05. 1393
06. Vetre (Oh, Wind) (in YouTube)
07. Saruyar (ruler in North-Eastern Macedonia, probably despot Ioan Dragash)
"Orisia" (Fate) album, 2003

02. Rodopa (Rhodope Mountain)
03. Ugar (Fallow)

08. Vavedenie (Intro)

11. Vetre (Oh, Wind)
Just beautiful +rep from me
It's wonderful. Might I also suggest some of the music by the Greek Byzantine Choir (directed by Lykourgos Angelopoulos), particularly their album 'Glory of Byzantium'? And the Monks of Simonopetra monastery have released some wonderful Byzantine chants as well. And although they're from Russia, the Svetilen Ensemble have done some very nice, atmospheric, Orthodox music.

Well, I have all their music on my own computer. I'm not sure about the legal issues surrounding the question of uploading it though. But you can find many samples at www.liturgica.com and www.musicarussica.com. If it's ok for me to upload some choice tracks though, then I shall.
Just a few examples:
'As I enter... (Tone 1)' - a Vespers chant from Simonopetra that really gives the atmosphere of an Orthodox church
Ye servants, praise the Lord... Alleluia - a Matins chant, also from Simonopetra
Sticheron of the Vespers of the Dormition by the Greek Byzantine Choir
My Soul, O My Soul by the Svetilen Ensemble

Here is some ottoman military music from the early 17th century. I think it is close enough to our mod period.

I think all of them that I have listened to so far are great.

This is a cool Orthodox chant in Romanian, which could fit the campaign map very well. I realize it's not in Greek, so that may be a problem in terms of being anachronistic.
I'm not sure how to extract audio files from YouTube. I'll also dig around for anything which could contribute.
Here is some interesting music too
- sountrack-G.mp3 - 4.20MB
- soundtrack-A&A.mp3 - 3.51MB
- the prophecy.mp3 - 3.51MB
- the riders .mp3 - 3.70MB
- enigma.mp3 - 2.51MB
Which movie? First one get rep point
It's not that hard to guess, especially since "Lord of the Rings" is written in the title...
Do I get rep points?
On a more serious note, I'm not sure if we should use music that has been used in very popular movies. We need some original, obscure music.
2, 3 and 4 are from LotR, 1 (by Loreena McKennitt) is most probably not from the movie LotR (at least I remember neither the name, nor the song itself in the LotR OST), 5 is "O, Fortuna" from "Carmina Burana" (I guess it's Enigma's edition, considering the name).
Btw, it would be interesting to listen to the second one while playing on the Balkans, especially when they're singing on Elvish!
wow, sound great
