Game does not work ... :(

Hello I installed NTW, fresh from my DVDs and I also got the files updated from steam.
Then I installed ROW. And also the patch.

Now my problem:
- There are no icons. Neither for NTW nor for ROW !!!
- I open ROW by double-clicking the "Revolution Order of War" file in the steamapps folder

Then the Game opens but with a "Napoleon" screen which is strange. And then the menus open just like they do in Plain Vanilla Napoleon. Which is also strange. I go to "Enemies of the Revolution" and again everything is in NTW

I thought I cound now play every country I wanted. (like Sweden)

The only mistake I (might) have done is to install ROW before steam finished the NTW update.

Well the mod is still a beta so there are a few bugs, however, have you tried a reinstall of ROW?
