Wow, that's a huge map. Will the in game map actually travel so far or will we have to view the map from a zoomed out position the whole time?

I'd like to be a historian of a faction. I should presume most of the factions will need very little work, Rome, Diadochi, Nomads from EB, well known factions like Mauryan Empire.

I have so many questions that need asking. Why that start date? Can we play as emergent factions? + rep for all. I love you.

No, the map will be a normal one, We will try to enlarge it if possible, that's only the original Image.
That's the year the Parthian Empire indepedized from Arche Seleukeia.
Sadly no, Emergent factions are not playable unless you wait until they emerge and use a script.

Yes, we could use a hayasdan historian, we have someone who I consult with but he's not part of the team. You can either PM me or beos777 to join and we will have set up the developpement forum in a few days or less.
