Maybe, this is a stupid question, but...

Alright, so I'm not a regular PC gamer, but Rome has used its siren call on me and drawn me back in. So I'm trying to find a good mod to add onto my experience, and this looked like the one.

However, I'm having problems getting it installed. As soon as it starts, it says I do not have the proper patch. Checking my RTW and BI shows that I have the proper patches, but the installer disagrees.

Even when I just continue the download, trying to launch the mod gives me the message "Searching for bi.exe" or "Searching for rome.exe" or something to that effect. I can't see the problem with my patches. Anyone know any ways to help?

Some gold editions of the game might have the wrong number in their patch, in that case the only solution is to borrow a patched exe from another player.

Uninstalled the entire game, deleted the Activision folder, reinstalled, then downloaded the patch you gave. Works like a charm now! Thanks man!
