No,Septimus is too young...why not send me?

I'm not a youngster that will be laughed out of the Carthaginian Senate and I'm not a public figure that the Carthaginians would seek vengeance upon.

OOC:If we do pick me,whoever has the save next should send a diplomat to Carthage,Give settlement Tingi,Ceasefire,Carthage Tribute 1000 for 10 turns,Trade rights and Map Info for both sides,PM me the answer and I'll do the RP.

How long would it take to get from Rome to Carthage back then?

I have no issue with sending Caldius.
I do not believe that the Carthaginians will recognise the difference between the two Septimus', the only noticeable difference as this one has both his eyes! I will support sending Caldius if there are no objections and the terms of the ceasefire are satisfactory in my eyes.

I also have no problem with sending you, Caldius, to Spain. But i'd rather just abandon Tingi, not gift it to Carthaginians. It is their problem if it rebels, and it is a bigger problem to them if they disagree with the terms. I propose that we change the following terms:
Give settlement Tingi,Ceasefire,Carthage Tribute 1000 for 10 turns,Trade rights and Map Info for both sides,
To:
Abandon Tingi,Carthage Tribute 1000 for 10 turns,Trade rights and Map Info for both sides, Accept or we Attack
