I'm opening this thread to explore the possibility of creating a TWC clan on this server. We'd all log in, and using Zan's minimap mod we can run off way into the distance somewhere and build a powerful Kingdom on that server. It has no rules, so we wouldn't be building anything grand.
Were this to happen, I'd propose the clan operate on the following premises:
1. We operate as a community: no absolute rule by a King or Parliament.
2. We store and create communally: no private storage, everything we have is for group use.
3. We act in a truly ruthless manner. This server has legalised, and expected, griefing and theft. We mount raids in force to anywhere we find and we decimate it.
I'm thinking that next weekend would be a good time to hit this server, on friday or saturday evening when we can get good numbers online. I'll be checking the server out sometime this week to see if I can find anywhere nice to settle for the Clan. When the weekend arrives we can hit it in force and make our mark.
Personally, I reckon we build underground, in the style of the TWC Dwarves, as we're much less likely to be found that way. We can simply use the coord system to mark out entrances, rather than have them obvious to the outside world.
So, anyone interested?
Edit: The server also has an economic system where gold can be traded for varying amounts of certain items. This means gold becomes valuable. There is also a map available and it seems people like to spread out. I'll probably do the same to try and find an entirely secluded and newly-spawned area for us, so we have abundant access to resources.
UPDATE ON THE BASE
The base has been founded at +2684 +1895, a cave entrance. The cave is small and we've cleared it and torched it, our base is at the bottom. It isn't much atm, what we most need is food. When you spawn in the spawn area, try to get food before coming out: animals are found in droves around the lightstone boundary at the spawn. Bring as much pork as you can, as we've built in tundra where animals do not abundantly spawn.

I've formed a Group for the clan, it's public so you can join it at will. This is to save us cluttering up this forum with discussions on the MinecraftPvP server.
