OMG HE MOVED THEM ONE BLOCK UP, permaban him D:<!

Seriously you guys? You have any proof that he is the one responsible for it? Poach said he only looted them.

We where only 3 persons online at that time so yeah pretty sure as hi killed me and loges the place during the time it was made.

And why would it matter how little or big the voilation is. It is a rule and thus he should be punished!

Idk if that is serious enough. No one has bothered to clarify what counts as griefing in pvp. Too many people go by their own definition.

Yeah, if it was indeed Poach then it is a breach of the rules by him and a poll should decide the punishment after he delivers a defense.

I must be missing the griefing in that picture, because I can't see any.

Yes, so? The chests are still there. If someone had destroyed and purposefully taken your chests, it might have been a different matter, but alas, they have not.

No poll should be needed. Just move the chests, that is very minor. I doubt the community would bother with that.

I replaced the chests which is specifically called for in the no-griefing rule. I placed them one block higher than they were previously by accident: if you're petty enough to claim that as a serious act of griefing then by all means, make the poll, but know this: you'd be a petty, vindictive child whose place on a supposedly mature and friendly server I'd question.

Did you destroy them by accident?

I was chasing a ghost. It slimed me and hid in the chests. Due to that counting as unreachable defences I attacked the chests to get to the ghost. Being an upstanding individual, I replaced the chests when I had killed the ghost.

I don't see this as a very serious violation, but may I remind everyone that

No destroying anybody else's buildings without their permission, period. If by accident you destroy a block that is a part of a building you should replace it.
Is the griefing rule. It means that there aren't any excuses for griefing, and if the defenders were unreachable (as you claim) you should instead have brought it up here, if killing the defender(s) in question was so important.

Gjosts are disabled and as you seem to be delusional it was griefing and a rule breach. Suppose censure shoudl be ok for a first offense
