Some Anti-virus programs are a bit bustling. As in this version are for the launcher executable files, the donīt like it.
But the files are clear and free from viruses. So maybe you have to deactivate your anti-virus program for download/install.

Is 2.6 a patch or a standalone mod?
This version is a full standalone mod.
Can i install it over previous versions?
No you must uninstall all earlier versions.
I followed the install-instructions but it did not worked?!

Is it compatible with mod XY?
We cannot test every single mod, you must try it or ask if anyone have experience with your wanted mod.
It should be compatible with any other modfoldered mods.
Included in The Blue & The Grey is a Sound-mod and the Smoke&Blood mod.
What campaign mode should i start with?
You will encounter the best game experience while playing
world domination and hard campaign difficult.
Any other house-rules?
1. Do not (excessive) use trading theaters.
2. Do not exploit military access for attacks.
3. Do not avoid enemy armies when you go for their settlement
4. Do not buy or steal techs
5. Roleplay your faction in diplomacy
6. Do not load after a battle lost
7. Do not use Pause in battles
8. Do not rush
In a few turns i reach the end of the campaign, whats next?
Nothing will happen. You will be asked to play further.
It makes not sense for this if you lost or won your campaign.
In my campaign is the AI progress not as in the overview?!
Itīs a dynamic game, each campaign will look different.
I have done every possible to force the AI to the planned way, but each decision of each AI faction will change this way a bit.
But, if we 100% know whats happen in X Turns, it would be no fun.

What are the reasons for these new recruit & research system?
First we would give the player a new feeling with a new system.
But important is that we would include a strategic and logical factor.
You have now defend your "barracks" because the are outside.
Also you have to choose what you need where, and be limited
to regions resources. Take the enemies iron, and you take him his heavy artillery!
A few, not game-breaking minor failures, are in this version.
We know them and they will be stand ingame till 3.0
After 12 Turns you will expect that the game slow down for multiple seconds.
The CPU have to do many calculations caused by dying agents & generals of minor factions.
All Characters of supported factions will not be touched.
Also all leader of the major factions donīt be affected by virtual black death.
This happens only once per campaign.
If you encounter an ctd in the turn from 11 to 12 consider the tech help thread.
While starting a campaign with an non-supported faction you will see
in the beginning of the first turn an Campaign - Lost message.
Simple click continue playing and all is fine.
