Default again this extremely annoying bug :D

edit: savegame is attached, oh and it is not played on the last patch of 5 good emperors - maybe on the one before the last imnot sure :/
if you hit end turn reforms will trigger, if you dont want them cancel the palace on sicily

Im playing the 5 good roman emperors submode but I experienced the same bug in pure rsII too.
Each turn there is scripted pergamon army spawning at bizantium. In RSII there was spawning army of roman rebels at capua as well each turn .

    5 armies allready..

8 armies now and pergamon declared war on me

In order to detect the bug and where it is coming from I need to know more info to be able to determine if its Five Good Emperors or RSII and maybe solve this for patch 2.2 too.

    1. Where does the Pergamon Army Spawn (coordinates)
go with the cursor over that army..bring the console up and type: show_cursorstat
it will show the coordinates then

I think it has to do with a none working trait for the levy armys (RSII script) but I want to make sure

errrrrrrrrrrrr.......upload the save...make a zip and upload it here in your first post

I attached the save with 1st post, and it is most likely caused by RSII because I had this bug too before I installed your mode as I mention above.

It is I think 267,134 or 268,134 or somewhere very close.

Reloading did not help, and all the armies have exactly the same composition, and it is the same as the armies which were spawned when I captured pergamon.

I see now, when I end turn the game without script running the armies keep spawning, hopefully this info will be usefull.

    Should be Solved now...

It was my Pergamon Alert Script which triggers once Pergamon has less than 4 Settlements and the game is older than 120 turns...it spawns a Army every 3 turns...
Anyway..once Rome holds Pergamon (which is the case here ) no more Armys will be spawned.
I update the update 1.3 to 1.3.1...go and download it... its savegame compatible anyway and includes a few nice tweaks too

Btw..I toggled fow and your game is brilliant...nice expansions..all Factions still alive...even a few Free People Citys with veeery nice defense Armys...Parthia on its way to become the superpower in the east..
no empty Settlements on the map...truckloads of silver chevrons Armys waiting to provide fun...great

one thing though...you should have taken Massalia and half Spain (at least) a good while ago....now with the reforms you will have problems to defend what you have......

dude... I am no beginner you can see that , I will not have problem defending
I have campus martinus everywhere from arretium to philipoupolis and its on the way in area around pergamon and so when the reforms trigger I can train those unnumbered legions everywhere right away..
I see no problem with pumping out any number of units...

About the spain, I just took north africa, spain is my next moove, you can see I first expanded to greece and west coast of turkey than north italy and pannonia and than north africa. Simply because greece is the most profitable province you can get so it is good to take it first.

oh and btw. macedonians and sparta are dead

    1. ahhh...okidoki...it just..well...look at point 2...
    2. Iam afraid you cant. Unnumbered Legionaries have been removed from Five Good Emperors as they where sort of wishy-washy unit...so Evocarti will have to do...
    3. of course they are... I was more refering to the world around you....

anyway...if you get rid of the Pergamon Armys they wont come back now...at least they shouldnt !
    You are wellcome

yea I confirm it is fixed,
I had a save few turns back where only 3 of them are spawned so I started again with that one, so no big deal
and I ment the Evocarti as unnumbered legion... they are more than less unnumbered legion not?

I'm having the same problem and I'm not using the "Five Good Emperors" mod. Is there any fix for this?

A rebel army spawned right after I defeated the first one. Then a second army spawned after the next turn (all these armies are identical).
