    Based on what though? You cant just throw out percentages, they have to be based on something.

    Wait, didn't Carthage start using elephants after having contact with Phyrrus? I understand that before that they would use chariots.

    Not sure but Hannible used them against the Romans. Also i think there might be chariots in this mod cause i was viewing the units and there was an unfinished chariot one
