    Default rebels

    hi. im trying to play the rebel faction but random units and ships spawn all over and overburdens my economy. Is there a way to make them stop spawning? I tried to change the values below in 'descr_strat' but it didn't do anything.

    brigand_spawn_value 20
    pirate_spawn_value 28

    The higher is that value, the rebels will spawn less.
    So if you put that value to 100, there will be no spawns, but it you put 10, they will spawn a lot of.

    Make that value as high as possible (I dont know the limit, 100 is enough, I think, but feel free to try with 200), so they wont spawn. Also, you have to start a new campaign with these new values, to take effect.

    For the guy who don't like brigands/pirates

    not mate, 9999 or 999 that depend, and you could make 998/958/256....how you want^^
    At 999 you have never brigants
    At 200, you have a lot of this tiring dudes!!

    same for the pirate: 999 is fine, but IA of Slave/rebels, could ever build ships, but no so numerous...You will just have some little set of Ships where will be concentred around the rebel provinces.
