[TOOL] Check game's data folder for non vanilla files

This is a small utility that removes the non vanilla files from your games data to folder (they are not deleted). This is helps to be sure that there is not any mod file forgotten. The utility cretaes 2 folders in data: check_files and non_vanilla. Running check_files\check_files.exe all non vanilla files that therte are in data will be removed in data\non_vanilla folder where you can check if you need them or not.

i downloaded this and now my empire game wont open, any thoughts

The utility do not delete any files. Go in non_vanilla folder and return back to data the files you'll find in there.

Ya I did, it still isn't working, and my mod manager wont launch either, so i'm not sure what is wrong.
