To install this with the campaign do i just download and install the download from the Campaign Release thread or do i need to install the version from the 'New Release' thread first, then the Campaign release over it?

got it working - you just download the campaign release, extract it, make a folder callled WHTH in the RTW 1.5 installation folder (i assume that's right anyway? - seems to work)
