Agreed. Still like original Concept 2 better.

The first concept and third just don't 'feel' right. Specifically, I don't like the title names being in all caps.

I've always liked these, made by Guy:

Maybe the font and characters could use changing, but the rest I think is perfect.

Guy's are beautiful. I like the font, the actual images could be changed a little bit but the font is awesome.

Guy's are nice also, but the text isn't easy on the eye. More so in the Hex badge.

Remember that these are just concepts. I can change them once made. If you don't like the red being too...red then that can be easily fixed.

    Here's a different Hex concept:

It took forever to make that dragon look decent.

Guy's look nice but they're too big. As far as I know the size limit for badges is still at 175x60. I'd definitely love it if the limit was larger.

    Overall decent, very atmospheric.

But must the Citizen's badge be a Geisha? Maybe a Samurai or some such thing? There is Sengoku era 'gentry,' I would suggest switching to that.

Then again, as long as the Artifex badge isn't a Geisah I'm good

I like Guy's font and Frakes' images/background but anyway this is all moot without the approval of Honour & Glory.

Nice badges LR. I think I made a few somewhere. Will see if I can dig them up or create a few new ones.

    Ha!

Here's my first attempt at a Citizen badge:

Could you perhaps show us your Artifex concept? I remember seeing something in the Content Art Staff forum, but this thread seems more fresh (new).

PS. Oh, wait, silly me, I just noticed it on the previous page. Either way, I like the theme, the only thing being that the glowing metal might need some attention, it doesn't portrude a lot from the background badge, is there any way to replace it with a steaming barrel perhaps (a scene with a weapon smith cooling down his work in water)?

Sorry for the delay in work lately. I've been a bit busy. Expect more within the next few days. And remember, the more feedback the better. I want to know what y'all like and don't like because I want the final product to be excepted by the community.
