[SOLVED] Flashing squares on screen

I am seeing flashing squares on my screen. They happen during battles only, and pretty much exactly every other battle. To make them go away I have to restart my comp.

The squares are a 10 pixels wide each, and there are probably 1000 of them on screen. Unplayable with them.

I have been playing E:TW for 2 weeks, and las night I installed DMUC and I've been getting them all day, so I know it's the mod doing it.

Any ideas? Much appreciation for someone who can help.

DMUC stresses your PC a lot more than vanilla ETW. These problems could be because your CPU or videocard is overheating.

Or it could be a faulty install so you could try reinstalling the mod.

Got it thanks. Temps only got up to 90, so I don't know. But I installed radeon pro and made a profile for empire with compatibility mode set using catalyst 10.5. That did it.
