Warriors Rising The New Bloods III
To welcome the many new faces here in the Hotseat Community this hotseat will start to allow new players to gather experience in a fast moving environment where they can develop their skills and learn how hotseats work generally.This Hotseat is closed to all but the newest members of the hotseat community and the open factions will be available for any other new players, who have not yet come across our special Hotseat community
This Hotseat (HS for short) will be played using Kingdoms Grand Campaign Mod 4.2 + the HS Patch installed. As its for New Players, the garrison script WONT be in use.
If you are unsure of what a HS is or have any other worries or questions, all you fears can be quelled and your queries answered at the Hotseat Tech Advice thread, found here
As mentioned an upto date, HS Patched version of KGCM 4.2 is required.You can find all the relevant download links and instructions here .....

First make sure your Kingdoms is patched to 1.5 Download and install KGCM 3.0 from Here Now download and install the 4.2 patch from Here Now install the "no garrison" script and the HS Patch found at the bottom of the opening post Here
You are now all ready to play, just check the rules and pick your Faction.
Rules
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
- All Player vs Player battles must be auto-resolved. Battles against AI can be played. Note: Screenshots are to be posted as evidence of auto-resolve.(The Odds and Results windows must not be edited in any way. Editing out Map info, Cash, Unit Cards, and any Units/Agents/Regions not involved in the attack is fine however)
- All defeated armies are not allowed to move on the turn after they have been defeated, nor can they be attacked on the turn after they have been defeated.
- No attacking Ships inside port.
- No leaving port if blockaded. (You'd have to defeat all ships blockading the port to leave)
- Spies are not allowed to open the gates of any Human Settlement/Castle.
- No exploiting merchants in the form of merchant stacks - (Putting several merchants in an army or fort securing a resource).
- After 24 hours, your turn will be subbed. You may choose who you wish to be your sub throughout the game (Your ally, friend etc.) or alternatively, the admin.
- NO RELOADING TURNS!!!!!! (If anyone is discovered to have been doing this, penalty is a straight ban).
-Only military buildings can be destroyed, and only after you have owned the region for 3 or more turns.(Ports are not Military Buildings)
-Jihads cannot be called, ever .
-Any new player taking command of a faction previously held by another player must follow the other players political ideas for 10 turns, or until the allies of that faction break the deal.
- You are not allowed to kill Family Members, but Generals and other agents are fine to be murdered!
- No surrounding enemy armies with one stack armies, solely to deny any survivors a retreat.
- Any regions that are gifted, sold, traded with another Faction must have all units except one disbanded immediatly!
- You must PM the next player when there turn becomes available. Repeatedly failing to do this simple task will result in an ingame fine, or if the Hotseat is repeatedly held up as a result then you will be removed and a replacement found!
- I expect all players to use their logic and common sense if judging if there actions exploit the game or not. Where discreprencies arrive, a vote of all players will decide the outcome.
Factions and Players
So you have the files, you have checked the rules and your ready for the next step - choosing a Faction. New people may be added in at any point, just post here to say who you wish to command. Factions available are:
Rules are subject to change and/or updating and it is the players responsibility to keep themselves upto date. Any changes will be implemented on this post and a new post will be made also to alert everyone.
Please dont take any ingame occurances personally, remember its just a game!

Garrison is off, however this is open to only the most newest members of the community! Therefore, you wont be able to compete in this as you are now all integrated and well away in your HS endeavours!
This is going to be solely for those who are new here and not in any other HS!

Its possible to turn the garrison script off? wow i feel stupid...lol. I love everything about KGCM...expect the garrison script. and that is what keeps me away from playing much Single Player with it haha. Someday, when I am not in so many HS's and decide to make my own HS, It will be with KGCM with NO garrison script. I swear it. lol

No can do mate! This is for those who are very new to our community, so they may learn and have fun with similarly skilled people before they go off and help us grow by joining others and maybe even hosting a few themselves.
Same principles as New Bloods 1+2, they did wonders to help the community grow and this shall do the same!
