    Default Hearts of Iron 3 - GER1940 crash

    I'm playing road to war scenario as Germany and my game ALWAYS crashes in 1940. Either early or late September depending on resolution. This also happened when I played as Persia(again road to war scenario) a couple of weeks before this. I've tried editing my save game and deleting the sunk_ships thingy to no avail. Too bad, I was just going to annex Denmark lol. I also tried starting up the game without the launcher, but again to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
