Cannot Find Kingdoms.exe Error, Game Won't Start! Please Help

Well I have just wasted a lot of time installing this mod and it won't work. Here is a JPEG of the error. I also have THERA:The Great Torment installed which also uses a windows batch file to start, I also have EB2 installed but it needs to be patched and I don't play it yet.

How can I get the game to work? Are the other mods conflicting with it? There is no call of warhammer mod folder, it just has the data folder and the batch file in the mod folder.

I tried it, not working, I need to re-install.

I don't have the Steam version though, I just installed it again and can't find it anywhere! This time I just used the default location that was in the installer, before I changed the path because mine says "sega" since it is the Medieval 2 Gold Edition.

Oh nevermind, I found a separate folder outside the Sega one with the mod in it. I still get that same error though, I tried your suggestions before, nothing works! WTF is up with this mod, there should be 1 file with all patches in it fully updated, this sucks.

It won't work, I keep getting the same error. This mod is annoying, the devs should release an installer with everything up to date.

Are you running the BAT as admin? Don't. Doesn't work with the Gold Edition.
If you didn't run as admin before, my only suggestion would be to follow the installation guide over here:

For step 6 in the guide, use the download link in post #4 of that thread, not the one in the OP. And as always, make sure you have UAC disabled for your MIITW folder before installing the mod.
