The leftover members for the list is saved as a reserve. In case we need more cps, the reserved leftovers will be in a lead position to be selected for CP.
Don't worry, you don't have to kiss no booty, you were considered but all the staff had a saying to the list, so it was revised several times until the final.

No, but you see, I'm a Praefectus Praetorio, and they're Praetorians. So I'm supposed to be in charge of them, according to the Roman ranks (along with Justinian and TBN). While Sel is a Consul, so if this were Rome he wouldn't even be allowed in the city, and certainly couldn't order me around. So, I was acting as a Roman Prefect, who has direct control over Praetorians, not a TWCian Prefect, who can overrule them in specific instances but has no authority over them acting alone.

Damn, having to explain that really killed it.
