Now, because your treasuries are all very high, I'm sure you're just going to spam the most powerful units. To combat this, I am going to impose a limit on the number of certain troop types that can be recruited.
Peasantry - 10,000 Men, 1%, 1 Day, unlimited recruitment - Conscripts with light armor, a small shield, and a light sword. Numbers are their best friend.
Spearmen - 5,000 Men, 4%, 1 Day, max 40 units - Troops trained with a spear and shield, given medium armor. Best used to fight against cavalry, but can hold their own in a battle line.
Axe-Dagger Men - 5,000 Men, 5%, 1 Day, max 20 units - The mainstay of armies in this period. Men armed with the fearsome axe-dagger; a weapon resembling a medieval halberd, it can pull men off their horses and can cleave a man in two.
Jians - 7,500 Men, 4%, 1 Day, max 40 units - Men armed with a Jian, or 'sovereign of blades' - a shortsword, as well as a medium-sized shield. They wear little armor, however, so, like peasantry, numbers are their best friend.
Cho-Ku-No Crossbowmen - 5,000 Men, 7%, 1 Day, max 20 units - Wielding the powerful Cho-Ku-No, the world's first (repeating) crossbow, these archers are a powerful force in any army, as their weapons can turn formations into unwieldy messes.
Meteor Hammers - 2,000 Men, 10%, 1 Day, max 30 units - Heavy Cavalry armed with the Meteor Hammer, a metal ball on the end of a long chain. VERY effective against armor, and can easily break bones.
Qiang Riders - 2,500 Men, 9%, 1 Day, max 50 units - Lighter cavalry armed with the Qiang, a long spear that, when used atop a horse, becomes an effectice lance.
