How to add paved roads?
I wanted to start up a Pontus campaign in EB, and I realized that the faction could not build roads. I also noticed that the Parthians and the Armenians could also not build roads. I would like to know how I can add roads to the factions building list.

Copy and paste the names of the factions to ownership. Don't know what the names are in EB so you will have to go to other buildings they can build and copy and paste. Maybe it is using a roads hidden resorce.
