Now that I think of it, only PvP-enabled players are likely to join the PvP server, meaning that I might not have to keep track on city-states and track your otherwise rather vivid switching.

only the building server will have city-states,you can get someone else to track that sinse you will(probably) be on the pvp server.less work for you!

Well, nobody owns anything really significant on the new server as far as I am aware, so the terms are largely unachievable for at least a week or so. I would recommend a reset of diplomatical relations or some form of ceasefire on all PvP for at least the time it takes for the various kingdoms to set up camp.

If we continue the history then I think the peace should carry over or both sides would have to agree to make it invalid.
