It goes beyond its RSII origins in many ways, so while RSII 2.6 is certainly the mother, social services are having trouble tracking down the father!
So expect some good things we are working hard on the descriptions of factions, buildings etc at present. So all goes well ....thanks to

dear Δriël basileos is right, for now i m happy that all production processes i wanted are included, i just need to move some stuff for all the historical places, also the holy places like olympia, siwa, dodona, delphi will have their own buildings...so you will not build up these cities like normal one, and they will not grow to huge cities, but they will have many bonuses as temple banks, treasury buildings...good to loot if needed, other cities will be fortresses from the beginning but there will be three directions to choose for every town...
