I remembered in RSI we could train the Governors with infantries rather than the General with cavalries.

I believe only the Spartans have general units comprised of foot soldiers; all else are cavalry units (if I'm not mistaken).

yeah thats what I've noticed too, but does anyone know why the spartan bodyguard in the previews look differently then the ones in the game, because the ones in the preview look much more badass
It was decided that, while badass, we couldn't justify a unit of soldiers wearing Corinthian helmets in RS 2's timeframe, because by our start date (217BC) they had largely fallen into disuse.
