    Default CTD at the end of battle

    Hey guys, with a full-reinstall I finally got 1.4 working...Just to try I played a custom battle and in the end it crashed...Translation + fixes installed (the one in the modified post by thp and not the other)

    Ok, now it crashed even in the middle of a battle =)

    Altough I don't have the log...but until it doesn't crash in the campaign it's not a very big problem =)

    same happens here, sometimes the battle goes fine , sometimes it crashes at start, sometimes it crashes at end. When Beastmen besiege my settlements ( Middenheim ) and start to assault them, its a 100% ctd as well.

    same happens here....i think 1.3 is more stable

    I get crashes in normal battles as well as scripted battles

    Yes i have CTD after campaign battle chaos vs elves, battle ends fine but after loading to campaign map i can execute prisoners and then CRASH -one elven army is in fort another one is attacking my siege army

    EDIT: People NEVER start battle (on strategic map) with army in fort i tried it with different situations and same bug but without it it works fine

    These end of battle ctds are the worst imo. Everything else can be worked around or prepared for but if you've had a particularly difficult battle and pulled a close victory a crash just kills you.

    Thats right but after 4x same battle i lovered my casaulties by 150%(with chaos vs elves, yes many archers and super spearmans), so another few days and i am MTW pro player

    The after-battle-crash is my bane.

    Playing as Dwarves three experienced full Chaos stacks led by Vardek Crom lays siege to my capital, and I'm thinking, "excellent, this is going to be fun."

    So, they attack, I beat them with only 100 casualties, and then....(drumroll).....

    CTD as it loads back to the strat map!

    Guess I lost after all.

    Well... 1.4 has stable campaign. 1.3 has stable battles. Overall, 1.3 was much much much more CTD free. I am raging.... I just finished off one stack from invasion at turn 6 for Sylvania... and when I routed the army of the second stack.... ctd

    End of battle CTD's are related to the unit file errors in my experiences.
