    Default Napoleonic Total War 2 Sub Mod:Campaign

    NTW2 Campaign Sub Mod
    As many of us have wanted, NTW2 featured no campaign.I always have wanted to have one, and after i had made Augustus Total War, I felt I had sufficient skills to try. This took me several months to do, and now features a grand campaign, Mastery of Europe, as well as 3 mini-campaigns, Western Mediterranean, Western Europe, And Italy in 1796, Napoleon's campaign.

    Somebody Posted this second link on ModDB, but I cannot vouch for the contents so use at your own risk.

    Install Instructions
    First rename your old NTW2 folder, if you already have it installed, to something like old_napoleonic.

    Then paste the Napoleonic folder in the .7z file contains into your RTW directory, where your old folder may have been.

    It should work with your old shortcut, if not just ask

    All credit for original mod goes to The Lordz, And this is not an official NTW2 work, post all question/bugs/errors here, as this is the campaign work's thread.

    This is still Beta stage, and being improved

    Sieges crash now fixes, thanks to granto

    The AI is still not perfect, as I am still looking into fixing it.

    I recommend large unit scale, as huge kills population.

    Grand Campaign has new settlement names, however no new region names, as time wasn't permitting of that. It is still a beta, but should work fine.

    Alright. Tell me if you have any problems With download or install/running, so these can be fixed (hopefully none)

    My only complaint is that Agrigentum should be renamed to Agirgento or Girgenti, and Lilybaeum to Marsala

    wish i could, but NTW2 almost maxes it out with units, there are hardly enough to add generic rebel units, but if i go to alex, maybe

    with IB, are you sure it is mostly full? Don't know, but maybe move to Alex is better

    I checked to be sure, there are 3 more model slots(252/255), not much at all, and 194/500 EDU slots, much to my surprise. So i guess it may be possible

    Also, a lot of cities use Latin names, such as Naples, instead of Neapolis, it should be Napoli if you're using Italian names. Kind of a repeat of my last post.
    However, it is a beta, so I'll let that slide.
    Nice job though! I find it very enjoyable

    Scratch the Neapolis to Napoli thing, Neapolis is just an outdated city, not Naples.
    But good luck transitioning back to RL
    Also, the Italy campaign's date was 1900 instead of 1800, an easy fix, but it can take someone out of the atmosphere.

    Played around with this a bit yesterday. Marvelous! Outstanding start and after you've had a bit of RL I hope you'll return to tweak it.

    Couple of minor things: Didn't notice an ability to create diplomats...is this coming later? Also I noticed none of my initial armies had artillery. Seems a bit odd and I was playing as France and was attacked by Napoli. I was able to create artillery in Paris but not St. Etienne where I was attacked (didn't matter too much as I smoked the Neapolitans fairly easily without artillery). Perhaps this can be changed later on?

    But an outstanding job really and you are to be commended!

    As for being attacked by Napoli, that is just RTW AI, nothing can be done about that. As for diplomats, they should be recruitable in all major cities, but look at it. As well, artillery can also be only created in cities.

    I always attack when the crash.
    perhaps because it lacks the city center?
