Arojd this time last year, id say there was about 15-20 active hs. I remember cus i was in spanish forum and we had 15 at the same time twc did. But that was around august or september.

I wouldn't say it dramatically fell... cuz we are "forcing" to finish the HS before opening new ones. So there are a lot of long and old HSs that must be finished first.

Indeed situation is much better the way I see things: one year and a half ago,there were more HS, but also
95% of them never ended. Too many players were constantly joining and leaving (as usual when they're losing).
Not that now we have not such problem now, but it's been much reduced.
No need for 40 HS: better to have few, but good and fast that see an actual ending possibly with the same players who started it.

sort of.By checking ip usage.But if that player has quit completely and just rejoined with new account i dont think thats possible.So u can only find him if he uses both accounts

actually only 10 are active, or 11 if one dude comes back active. the OP is old..... 6-7 players seem to have left by turn 3

I've been playing in a couple of Third Age hotseats. For some reason spies are disappearing randomly. Anyone know if there is a M2TW hotseat bug or glitch that might be the cause of this?

i never heard of such a bug, are you sure though they didn't had the plague or weren't assassinated??

Well, I don't think it's even possible to get the plague in the third age mod, and the couple of times we looked into it no assassins were present.

In TATW some agents tend to die randomly. It has happened many times with me in my SP campaign, though it is most likely that if that is not the case, one of the hotseat-players are using a sub-mod.
