I read your PM and I found the site where you got that from and this "Hishigtny zagva" stuff, but it's in Mongolian. The domain of the the site is Mongolian (.mn) and although the site is using Russian letters, its all gibberish if to try to make sense of it in Russian. I found out that now Mongolians use a modified Cyrillic alphabet, which is why they use Russian letters but add a few of their own. So I can't help you with the text you send me or that "Hishigtny zagva" stuff, but if you have normal Russian stuff then I can do it

I thought a Russian speaker would help but then I was informed that Mongolian Cyrillic is different than Russian.

If I understand correctly, Mongolian Cyrillic alphabet have only two special letters which not have Russian Cyrillic alphabet (for example Kazakh Cyrillic alphabet have more special letters).
