    I have problem with victoria 2. He's tale me CreateVertexDeclaration Failed!!.

    More information please, I can't help you otherwise. Do you get that error when you try to start up the game?

    I start game ,he is loading, when he's come to LOADING GRAPHIC his end game and putt that error.

    Your game must be corrupted somehow lol. Did you "install" any mods? Did you patch up your game to the latest version?
