PvP Rules - Teleportation

Teleportation in PvP is a matter that needs settling as soon as possible, e.g. whether or not players can teleport to the enemy, a battle, or enemy territory. Please note that the outcome of this poll only and exclusively affects players that are participating in PvP, players that have opted-out may teleport as previously.

Options

Free Teleportation (Free TP): no restrictions on teleportation, players may teleport to the enemy and engage in combat instantly.

Restricted Teleportation (Restricted TP): teleportation may only be used to assemble troops before a battle. Players may not teleport to enemies or enemy territory, or teleport to an area within sight of an ongoing battle.

No Teleportation (No TP): PvP-enabled players may not teleport at all, under any conditions.

Notes

The provisional ruleset (until the poll has gone through three days of voting) should be restricted TP. Although this 'rule' is unwritten, it has been used as a standard in PvP, but will be succeeded by the option with the most votes at the closure of this poll.

Providing a post declaring that you have voted, and which alternative you have voted for, is highly encouraged. Feel free to supply reasoning and comments on why you have voted on any of the alternatives.

Voted Restricted TP. In my opinion, it facilitates PvP, while still making battles fair in the sense that reinforcements cannot arrive instantly.

The most obvious choice is restricted because you should only be allowed to TP you friends but TPing the enemy is just stupid, and unfair.think if im working a on a structure and suddenly im TPied and killed i mean wtf?

Not if it happened before the creation of this poll, and it would make for a very blurry case even with a 'provisional' set of rules (as have been written on the OP). Sadly, there is little to nothing that can be done with this.

No. It is heavily discouraged and as such the rule breaker should be told that what he is doing is wrong. However, since we have not established the final, written rule yet (it didn't seem as if the first rule, in it's 'unwritten' form, was apparent enough), we will have to make do with directing criticism at such actions.
