Here is mod's current map - Seleucos's map v 1.0 edited by Attila Reloaded: added 20 new regions especialy in Italia.
But I want to have a better one. I think WarMap is the best decision, if to add more provinces.

Yes, i use WarMap 0.9, and your 4.0 units plus parts of Darth 1.4 fix. But with the strat-file, EDB etc. from WarMap's file is quite much to work to get a more historical setup with Ice Torque's amazing map.Originally Posted by Atilla Reloaded

Attila, I've been playing your 4.0 units and their stats on Ice Torrque's BI WarMap v8.The combination o the two makes it an epic to play. I hope the two mods are able to combine with each other. Also being such a novice I am at modding haven't been able to combine your 4.0 with Ice's latest BI WarMap.![]()
If WarMap uses the same regions as Vanilla BI, than maybe it's possible to simply paste regions from my map to WarMap. The only thing to change will be army positions, but that's not so hard. I'll see what if it's realy possible.

Well, Attilla, atm. Ice's version 0.9 has a whole other setup as BI vanilla and yours, i.e. he gave the Huns tons of regions in the north-east areas ... and all settlements are really far advanced with development, and what i can say/see now is that Scandinavia (Saxons) has ca. 6 regions in his map and above i see only 1 region ... i have no experience with BI vanilla map, so i can't say if the regions are the same (i started instantly playing BI with the above additionsi like the extended look and feel of Ice's map). I hope it's not a lot of work to transport your setup to his map, but to take just your strat-file will probably not work. And btw., he will update the WarMap with a version II or similar.
And to Riothamus: As you can read in the previous post from me ... i play (and mod) currently Attilla's 4.0 units plus WarMap 0.9 plus Darth 1.4 parts. See, it is possible, it's running without any errors after a bit modding, it's only the question what the mod-setup shall show as result, necessary decisions for descr_strat and other files.
I'll work a bit on it besides other mod projects. Somewhere in the future i will release an alternative BI setup (i concentrate on a new start-situation than Ice's, and a new combat model, new tech-tree and similar, a new balance ... all as far as possible to realism and history, but with some necessary gameplay-consenses, but have first to mod/test/play much).

Any chance you will do a stand alone unit reskin, cause I think I prefer the big warmap today released of Icetorque,
Liked your new map but hated the new land and snow colours.
You might want to wait a few days for this version

This is where Webbird's been hiding for awhile. The setup is much closer to vanilla on province ownership at least. It took me quite a few hours to redo IceTorques strat file for the barebones version.
Just saw this post.

I hope You will make more provinces for the Sassanids and expand the map to the east.
Helo PatWest,
Thanks for reply, but I am afraid that mod is for RTW 1.5 and not for BI 1.6.
Deleted for the reason of being irrelevant. Sorry guys.![]()
