[UNRESOLVED] DMUC not installing correctly

When I try to install DMUC it stops at 92% and I get this error message

DATA.exe: this file contains invalid data. (error 11FD)

I have tried downloading it at least 10 times from different places but every time I try installing I get the same message. Anyone know how to fix this?

Could be a problem with your internet connection due to the size of the file it might get corrupted all the time.

2010_09_29_DMUC_v62_Full_Installer.exe should be 1 373 351 269 bytes

You should re-download it-you got a corrupted download.

I get the same problem,downloaded many times,to no avail...only downloads 341.......bytes instead of 371....something tried many times with anti virus off firewall off,nothing wrong with my conection other downloads ok.am using virgin fibre,,10mb..which usually downloads at 1.14 mbs.i would love to give this mod a go,but no dice....

Wipe your cache and try again maybe?

have downloaded by bit tottent version six ok,no missing bytes.how can i up grade 6.0 too present

Have you ever considered using DAP? Sounds like it will solve your problem of broken downoad http://www.speedbit.com/

Thanks Major Haakon,will try your suggestion....tried using Dap..but still getting byte shortage in download resulting in corrupt install..Been trying to get this right for a week....Family beating me over head with toilet rolls,,dragged me away from computer today and forced me to shave and bath,,it was horrible,even took me out side in the light and made me eat food and drink beer..Im not well........................
...........This is now ok.On installing Dmuc6.2...There where a couple of files installer says where broken. but the game now works fine..Thanku.. Much rep..to Major Haakon
