multiplay madness

hello

i have just had my first bash at SPQR multiplay, great fun had 2 battles, the only odd thing which happened was, when we both (2 player game) picked roman sides with gladiators on both ( we took the no custom out, both of us) it started to load then crashed both of us to desktop at the same time. to test it was just the gladiators, we started a new roman battle with both of us not picking gladiators, it worked fine, what is going on???? can some one else try this to see if we are going mad.

are the gladiators non multiplay some how????

Gladiators were removed from the single player game so i assume that LT has removed a component of them that is making it crash.
