/kill second poll

We have a new command available to OP's: /kill. Hopefully I don't need to explain to you what this does.

It is a useful tool: should somebody get stuck in the void beneath the map you can use this as a last resort now that /home is gone. However, the potential for abuse is obvious so I want to put some rules in writing straight away.

You guys know the drill.

I will accept this as the new choice seems more reasonable. I doubt we will have serious abuse issues with this command.

I'd like to see the members state why they oppose or agree with what they vote on. Feel free to not do so, but I think that we should be sound in reason and consider the options by viewing opposing thoughts.

Yes, but most of such stuff is alkready written in the alst poll This is more of a democratric solution due to cluttering and cinfusion in las tpoll

It would be helpful if we had a thread listing all the newly decided rules/guidelines.

EDIT: Or just keep the Server rule thread updated, but some past decisions seem to be missing from it (ie. 200 posts rule).
