I'm thinking of doing a Dorwinion AAR as soon as the mod is released. For some reason the faction has intrigued me with its mysterious backstory and position.

Nice screenshots. I assume Black Numenoreans are unique or bodyguard unit; or otherwise have very limited recruitment. Weren’t they supposed to be all but assimilated into Haradrian culture, and as such lost their unique identity?

I also like Dorwinion units. This colour actually looks very good on them. Also, nice faction symbol.

The Black Númenóreans are a high-tier Shadow Cult unit. Their unit card points out that they are not necessarily descendants of Black Númenóreans, but in a way 'spiritual successors'.

No doubt their leaders are descended from the Black Numenoreans though.

No, nobody really knows if any of them are actually descended from Numenoreans at all, though since anyone who publicly questions them tends to end up accidentally quartering themselves in a tragic shaving accident people tend to just go along with their far-fetched claims.

Can we see pics of the non - Adunabar cultic troops? They sound like they'll be extremely interesting.

Cultic troops are universal and available to all cultic factions, with the exception of Orcs (Adunabar/Dunland only), Uruks, Wargs, Trolls, Cultists and Knights of the Dark Tree (Adunabar-only), and Black Numenoreans (Harad only).

Dunland gets some Orc units too - but not as many (or as good) as Adunabar's.
