Well done guys! I've been reading a lot about the War of 1812 recently. Though most of the world has forgotten about this war, here in Canada our government has pushed really hard to celebrate it and educate our citizens about it this year being the 200th anniversary.
Thank you. It is an insteresting idea to develop such mod in the warpath campaign. In what units is about, the first beta has a very basic unit roster for Great Britain and the USA factions. But there are already more units developed and even more yet to come.
As example this is Georgia foot militia that will go in next release.
And also these Scottish troops

those pictures are nice, keep them coming.
Spoiler for King of Persia:
Thank you Cyrus I will. Anyway I am making these units for 1800 mod where I am posting most of the screenshots. I will be posting some interesting ones here.
These are grenadiers that I have done taking the colours of the Low Canada selected embodied militia. I have not seen any picture of this grenadiers but I have created them using the cuffs and collar colours of that militia which I know. The idea is that every British regiment had grenadiers, line infantry and light infantry. So in the mod I will try to create these three branches of each unit. And then attach them to a region, this at least in 1800. In 1812 this for rohan to decide.

to all canadians do you want canada playable some people said it was no good idea please tell your opinions about this
I am not Canadian but i think it is just United Kingdom as first the union of Canada treaty in 1841 when upper and lower Canada merged to form Canada into one province since before lower and upper Canada were both separate provinces in the Empire.
However Canada wasn't self governing until 1867 so it was just a colony in North America with no powers as absolute authority laid with the British Crown between 1763-1867, anyway it is up to you if you want the mod to be historically accurate or have Canada.
Likewise, I'm not Canadian, but Canada was not a political entity in 1812-the British colonies in that area were just that-colonies. There was no union, confederation, commonwealth etc. Since they were under the direct authority of the Crown, then they should remain part of the GB faction.
i gues im gonna do 2 campaigns one for the english and british and 1 for the canadians i did promis some canadians to make it playable
